ATLANTA, March 21, 2012 -- Rodney Gardner of EAS Records announced the signing of a worldwide licensing agreement with Atlanta-based Urban/Hip Hop artist BIGG-CITTY, and the release of the artist's self-titled debut single, "BIGG-CITTY."
